In the Philippines, the role of senior citizens to nation building is greatly recognized hence they have been given benefits and special privileges since 2003.

I see a lot of senior couples, some of whom are still active professionals in BGC.; perhaps they are consultants to the many multinational companies.

BGC is perfect for empty nesters – couples whose children have families of their own. I believe that condo living is a good alternative lifestyle for seniors. The independence is there and all their needs are within reach.

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), is a world-renowned green building certification method that sets the barometer for renewable energy and future sustainability in development.

But what does it really mean to be green?
It has mostly to do with efficient use of water, electricity and sustainable source of power and equipment, garbage management and resources and materials used in the development.

In Bonifacio Global City, three buildings have maintained the Platinum status (the highest, the rest being Gold, Silver, and Certification levels). They are:

   Stop Over Building, Bonifacio Global City, TaguigFor 89 years Unilever Philippines was a Manila based multinational company. Its new home in BGC scored big on temperature control, natural light maximization, trash segregation.
